“Everything in the bottle is grown on our farm” We harvest grapes from our 2 acre vineyard, make wine, then transform that wine into a wonderful selection of wine vinegars. Use them in salads, when cooking meats, soups, sauces and literally hundreds of other ways around your kitchen. The perfect wine country gift for any cook on your gift list! A “new” idea for a hostess gift—wine vinegar instead of wine! We love food, and think this will shine through in our products. We also love the idea of sustaining our environment for those who follow. We are a Certified Organic farm and, if you are lucky enough to visit our farm, you’ll be able to discover the wonders of nature in our riparian area preserved by our agreement with The Land Conservancy. Stay awhile! We have a beautiful guest house located with a view of our vineyard and pasture. We are also proud to operate our farm under the qualification of an Environmental Farm Plan. |

Summer….breakfast out on the patio. Something simple like fresh apple juice, local yogurt on fruit with a bit of home-made raspberry jam stirred in. Fresh home-made bread toasted, and a latte. The Saturday Globe & Mail and 2 hours to kill. This is summer in the Okanagan. |
